Behind the scenes, launch updates, tax tips and the real story of building All Sorted. Come say hi.
@allsortedappYou already know something has to change.
Your running tax total
Every receipt, bill and kilometre feeds into one running total. Your estimated refund lives on the home screen and updates live as you log things throughout the day.
A clean card on your home screen shows your estimated refund, a progress bar and total deductions logged. Tap for the full breakdown. No digging.
Scan a receipt and the app reads the store, date and amount. One tap marks it as a work expense and it lands in your ATO total instantly. Send your full receipts summary to your accountant in one tap.
Tick ATO Deduction on any bill and it flows into your tax total. Import from email, scan, or enter manually with BPAY biller code built in.
All receipts, deductions, work bills and drive trips in one export. Send it to your accountant directly from the app. Every figure is already there.
The ATO-ready logbook
Every km you drive for work is worth $0.88 back. Turn on Auto-Detect once. All Sorted does the rest, even when the app is closed.
From and to addresses, date, purpose, kilometres and ATO deduction per trip. Tap to edit. Add manual trips too.
Total km, trips, ATO deduction, monthly breakdown charts and a built-in ATO Logbook Compliance check. Export full CSV for your accountant in one tap.
Invite a team member by email in three taps. Their trips flow to you automatically. See weekly, monthly and full FY totals for every driver. Export a combined team report for your accountant. No spreadsheets, no chasing anyone for a CSV.
At tax time
Every unlogged work trip is $27.60 in deductions gone. All Sorted auto-detects your car moving and logs it before you even think about it.

What is inside
Bills, tax, drive, receipts, calendar, health and wallet. All connected. All in one app. Nothing slips.
Turn on once. All Sorted detects movement and logs your trip at $0.88 per km automatically. Works in the background even when the app is closed. Notification when it starts, notification when it saves. Invite your team and their km flow to you.
Tap the ✦ button anywhere in the app. Ask SAGE anything about your finances. How much tax you could get back, what bills are due, how many km this month. SAGE reads your real data and gives specific answers.
Point your camera at any receipt and AI reads the store name, amount, date and category. Tap Yes if it is a work expense and it lands in your ATO deductions instantly. No typing, no guessing.
Every bill tracked with due dates and BPAY built in. Scan a bill and AI fills the details. Paste your bill email and it reads the amount, due date and reference. Notified at 9am on the day a bill is due.
Your full calendar in strip, week and month views. Invite friends to events in the app. To do list and grocery list below. Share either list with one tap. Incomplete tasks carry over until you tick them off.
Three rings track water, steps and sleep. Steps sync from Apple Health. Log any activity with one tap. Seven-day bar charts for every metric so you can spot patterns across the week.
Gift cards, loyalty memberships, discount codes, documents and passwords. Passwords are stored on device only using iOS encryption and never uploaded anywhere. Balances and expiry dates tracked.
Your estimated refund on the home screen updates every time you log a receipt, trip or work bill. Set your tax bracket in Settings and the number is personalised to you. Export to your accountant in one tap.
Classic, Blush, Denim and Sage. Your chosen theme is remembered with no colour flash on startup. Automatic cloud backup keeps everything safe. Your data is encrypted and only you can see it.
Photograph any bill and AI reads the biller name, amount, due date and reference number. One tap adds it to your upcoming bills with BPAY pre-filled. Tick ATO Deduction and it flows to your tax total.
Early feedback
From real people who tested All Sorted before a single ad was run.
“I have been guessing my work trips at tax time for five years. My accountant used to roll her eyes at me. This year she said this is the most complete logbook I have ever seen.”
“I deleted six apps the day I downloaded this one. Everything talks to everything else. My bills link to my tax. My trips link to my deductions. I have not missed a thing since.”
“The 7am briefing was the thing that got me. Bills due, what is on today, a little quote. It is like having a PA who has their life together. I look forward to waking up now.”
“Auto-detect got a full month in one go. My accountant said I had doubled my logbook kilometres compared to last year. That is real money back.”
“I am a real estate agent and entrepreneur. Life is full. There is no time to sit down and think about bills, tax, expenses and all the things that pile up. I needed one app that just handled it. When I could not find it, I built it.”

The ATO rate for FY 2025-26 is $0.88 per km, confirmed by the ATO. This single rate covers all vehicle running costs including fuel, registration, insurance, servicing and depreciation. You cannot claim any of these separately if you use the cents per km method. All Sorted auto-logs every work trip at this rate automatically.
Yes. The cents per km method lets you claim up to 5,000 business kilometres per car per year without fuel receipts or a formal logbook. The maximum claim is $4,400 (5,000 km x $0.88). You do need to be able to explain how you calculated your business kilometres if the ATO asks, which is exactly what All Sorted's automatic GPS log provides.
If your work driving exceeds 5,000 km per year, the cents per km method caps at $4,400. In that case, the ATO logbook method may give you a larger deduction because it has no km limit and is based on actual vehicle expenses. All Sorted's Drive Reports export everything you need for both methods.
No. Driving from home to your regular workplace and back is personal travel and is not deductible. Work trips that qualify include client visits, travel between job sites, attending work conferences and driving to buy work-related supplies. If your home is your principal place of business, trips from home to client sites generally do qualify.
For FY 2025-26, HECS-HELP repayments begin when your income reaches $67,000. Repayments use a marginal system, meaning you repay a percentage on income above each threshold, not your entire income. Repayments are taken automatically through your tax return.
The Superannuation Guarantee rate is 12% for FY 2025-26. This is the permanent rate after the phase-up that concluded on 1 July 2025. Employers must contribute 12% of your ordinary time earnings into your super fund each quarter. Salary sacrificing into super is one of the most effective ways to reduce your taxable income.
